There are currently no vegan infant formula on the market in the US (or anywhere I know of). This is the closest to vegan that I could find, plus it's organic. It's not vegan because it contains vitamin D3 (oil from sheep skin; like all soy based formulas). My daughter, who is now 5 months old has been drinking this since the beginning without a problem. I breastfeed as well part time. I'm a full time working mom so I have to supplement with formula.
